Here are some of our most frequently asked questions from our customers. If you don't find the answer then please drop us an email using our contact form.

  • Yes, however we first invite you into our Showroom to view our various ranges and what we have to offer as this dictates your price range.

  • Yes, if you bring in a basic floorplan (planner available to download on our website) with your basic wall to wall measurements on, we can give you an approximate price there and then.

  • We do not have standard sizes as every job we do is bespoke to you and your room. We will make the furniture to fit the space available.

  • Yes, our in house designers will be able to give you some inspiration and guide you along with the planning process.

  • We manufacture all our furniture in our factory showroom in Bolton, therefore we can manufacture TV and Media units, Home Studies and more, all to suit your home.

  • No, we do not provide backs as standard as this usually represents flat pack furniture. We scribe all our panels into your walls therefore, backs are not required but are available at an additional cost.

  • We aim to fit one average sized room per day.

  • Yes, we can remove your furniture the week prior to installation and dispose of it for you. There is a charge for this.

  • We have our own qualified electricians that can carry out any electrical work prior to installation.

  • We ask for a 25% deposit on order, we then require a further 25% deposit 6 weeks prior to your fitting date and the remaining balance is due 3 working days prior to installation.
